At Verscale, we are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets the agreed scope. We take every project seriously and work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Verscale fails to deliver the agreed deliverables within the agreed timeframe without prior communication.
• The delivered work fundamentally does not match the agreed project brief.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The client changes their mind after work has begun.
• The client provides incomplete or incorrect briefs that affect the final output.
• The client is dissatisfied with a creative direction that was approved during the revision process.
• Digital products and courses once accessed or downloaded.

Revision Policy

We offer revisions as specified in each project agreement. We encourage clients to communicate feedback clearly during the revision rounds before requesting a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@verscaled.com within 7 days of delivery, explaining the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
