Verscale provides short-form video editing, AI video production, and educational content services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual agreements between Verscale and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables. Verscale retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project briefs, source materials, and timely feedback. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

5. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Verscale reserves the right to pause or cancel services if payment obligations are not met.

6. Limitation of Liability

Verscale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
